The coordinating project Osuma – Inclusive Finland increases and strengthens multi-professional networking and cooperation between educational institutions as well as public, private and third sector organisations working with youth and young adults. This is done through supporting the projects funded within the Skills for Inclusion initiative in project activities, through exchange of information and networking as well as in making an impact. In addition, the coordinating project produces knowledge about the results of these projects as well as research and other development work that is done on the topic, organises educational events as well as events for influencers and does lobbying.
The project is coordinated and lead by Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. However, the execution of it relies heavily on its networks. Through its networks the coordinating project has excellent conditions to make an impact nationally and to function as a common place for people and organisations from different fields to meetup, develop and make an impact.
