The coordinating project Osuma – Inclusive Finland (2018-2021) has increased and strengthened multi-professional networking and cooperation between educational institutions as well as public, private and third sector organisations working with youth and young adults. This has been done through supporting the projects funded within the Skills for Inclusion initiative in project activities, through exchange of information and networking as well as in making an impact. In addition, the coordinating project has produced knowledge about the results of these projects as well as research and other development work that has been done on the topic, organised educational events as well as events for influencers and done lobbying.
The project has been coordinated and led by Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. However, the execution of it has relied heavily on its networks. Through its networks the coordinating project has had excellent conditions to make an impact nationally and to function as a common place for people and organisations from different fields to meetup, develop and make an impact.
